Alya Skin Pink Clay Review

Alya Skin Pink Clay Review

Hey guys, I thought I’d write a review since I recently got my hands on a new beauty product. I tried a new brand for the first time called “Alya Skin” who offer a range of skincare products made with Australian ingredients.

The product I tested was the pink clay mask which costs £27.99 from www.alyaskin.co.uk or other beauty websites like beauty bay.

They also sell moisturisers and exfoliators.

The first thing I realised when I received the package was how amazing the packaging smelled. It smelled really sweet, kind of like parma violets and I love how the packaging was pink to match the colour of the clay.

Another thing which drew me in, is the fact that it’s vegan and cruelty free and that it’s safe for sensitive skin. As someone who suffers with extremely sensitive skin and psoriasis its often hard to find a clay mask which is gentle enough to not agitate my face.

Another plus side to this brand is that they have a competition to take a selfie with the product and the winner gets a year’s supply. It’s a pretty good marketing campaign and definitely an incentive for a year’s worth of skin care!

I put on a headband to keep my hair out of my face and applied the mask, it applied fairly easily and didn’t dry too quick so you can take your time. One thing which I would have liked would be an applicator of some sort, though my fingers managed just fine.

I put a fairly thick layer on and then relaxed for 10 minutes while it hardened a bit.

The instructions said to wipe off with warm water and it actually came off so easily and I didn’t need to rub! I’ve had some products in the past which cling to your skin and take forever to get off, so I was quite impressed.

Once I’d patted my skin dry, I couldn’t help but notice how soft my skin was and over the next few days I looked out for break outs but none came! I was so pleased and definitely glad I tried this clay mask.

I think I’ll take a look at the exfoliator and moisturiser products next time too!

Have you guys tried this brand before or want to try? I’d definitely recommend checking them out!

PS. Alya were kind enough to give my readers a discount code for 15% off so just use ‘Tattiexo” (Every little helps!)

See you next time
