If you’re a huge beauty buyer like me then you’ll have seen that Cult Beauty (one of my all time fave beauty sites) dropped yet another EPIC goody bag. Given, I’ve gotten into the habbit of getting every goody bag, I of course couldn’t waste the opportunity to get the latest “Buyer’s Edit”.
The reason why I love this is the fact that I can get all the items I need and then benefit from spending a certain amount; and receiving a bag full of skin, hair and makeup freebies! Spending the minimum £150 wasn’t hard for me because I wanted some new skincare items and I’ve had my eye on some products for a while.
So the products I bought to qualify for the goody bag were:
-The inky list retinol eye cream– £9.99 – I wanted this as I want to look after my skin and prevent ageing. Retinol is supposed to be great for replenishing skin cells and keeping the skin looking younger, so for a tenner what more could I ask for?!
-The inky list Peptide moisturiser – £14.99 – another anti-aging product but for a fraction of the high end brand prices. I’d been dying to try this moisturiser which helps reduce the signs of ageing and plumps the skin. I’ve read great reviews and just had to see for myself
-Paula’s choice 1% clinical retinol treatment – £53 – Paula’s choice is a brand I’ve seen and wanted to try for so long. I took a bit of a gamble as this is on the pricier side, but given the high star ratings I had to get it and try it out. They say with retinol, you need to build up your skin so I will start with it every 3 nights until I can apply it more regularly. I’ll keep you posted with how I get on with this
-The ordinary Vitamin C Suspension 23% + HA Spheres 2% – £4.90 – The ordinary is one of my fave skincare brands because it’s affordable and it always does what it says on the tin. I read lots of articles talking about the benefits of vitamin C on the skin and keeping it younger looking so I wanted to try and incorporate it into my skincare routine. Having sensitive skin I’m always anxious putting new things on my face, but given every single product from the ordinary that I’ve tried has been really gentle; then i’m quite confident that this will be ok for me
-Iconic London prep set glow spray (Shade Glow) – £22 – I sometimes want to change my makeup looks and switch from matt to dewy so after being astounded by the pigment of the illuminator, I knew the prep set glow spray was the item I wanted to try next. Expect to see lots of tutorials with this on my YouTube channel
-Nars Monoi Body glow Oil – £45 – I’d had this body oil sat in my wishlist for the LONGEST time and it was time she moved to to the basket. I always see pictures of celebs like Glow looking so stunning and glowy so I thought i could use this body oil on my chest and legs for some extra shiny sheen to my body! I cannot wait to use it!
And now for the goody bag! Here’s all the items that you get inside:

Overall, I’m delighted with my goody bag as now I can try even more new brands. I’m also really happy that there were some full sized items in there like the hair mask from Innersence which I’m so excited to use. Plus it’s an excuse for more girly pamper nights!
Here’s the video if you want to see me unbox the bag and look at the sizes of each item:
Did you guys get the goody bag? What are your thoughts?
As ever guys I’m so grateful for you visiting my blog and for your support.
See you next time
